Description
Why do I need an audit?
Why are Audit’s important? An audit is important as it provides credibility to a set of financial statements and gives the shareholders confidence that the accounts are true and fair. It can also help to improve a company’s internal controls and systems.
An auditor certificate — also known as an audit opinion in the business environment — is the statement issued after a company undergoes a professional accounting audit. Auditors will spend a few days or weeks conducting the audit and testing the company’s financial information.
The maximum number of tax audits that can be undertaken by a Chartered Accountant is limited to 60. In case of a firm the restriction on tax audit limit will be applicable for each of the partners.
