Description
The name approval is subject to comprehensive check by the Central Registration(CRC) and thereafter approval or rejection shall be communicated by e-mail to the applicant. The name approved under RUN Process for new Company registration is valid for a period of 20 days from the date of approval.
An application in the prescribed manner and on payment of applicable fees is to be submitted with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. After reviewing the application for availability of your proposed company name, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs shall either approve or reject the same.

- The promoters should apply for the name of the company to be approved in E Form- INC- 1 by payment of Rs. 1000 through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
- Promoters should fill up e-form INC-1, digitally sign by himself and then upload the e-Form on the MCA21 Portal.
Availability of names for new company
Maximum time to inform deficiencies in the application from the date of receipt of the application is 2 Working Days. Maximum time taken to communicate approval by the concerned ROC on receipt of the application is 2 Working Days.
